Is my service contract transferrable?

Our service contract is transferable. Our coverage follows the serial number.

If my laundry equipment is used/pre-owned, do I qualify for coverage?

We will only offer Laundroware to newly purchased machinery. Laundroware must be purchased before the new equipment is installed. Please contact one of our representatives toll free at 781-559-4077 and we will further review your information.

Which service contract is right for me?

We offer only 1 plan. The Best Plan. Our plan covers you both for parts and labor. Give us a call at 1-781-559-4077 and we can discuss your warranty needs.

Can I put more than one piece of laundry equipment on the same service contract?

No. Each machine will need to have it’s own policy.
